2. Our Services

Peak Grounds offers gardening maintenance, waste and clearance removal, and jet washing services across Nottingham, Derby, and the East Midlands. All services are subject to availability and our ability to reach your location.

A quote is not a binding contract until both parties have agreed in writing (including by text or email). We reserve the right to decline any job.

3. Quotes and Pricing

• All quotes are free and non-obligatory unless otherwise stated.
• The price quoted is the price you pay. We do not add hidden charges after a job is agreed.
• If the scope of a job changes significantly once work has started, we will discuss any additional costs with you before proceeding.
• Payment is due on completion of the work unless a different arrangement has been agreed in advance.

4. Waste Disposal

Peak Grounds is a registered Upper Tier Waste Carrier with the Environment Agency. All waste we collect is transported and disposed of legally at licensed facilities in accordance with the Environmental Protection Act 1990.

We reserve the right to refuse collection of hazardous materials (including asbestos, chemicals, clinical waste, and items requiring specialist disposal) that are not covered under our licence.

5. Liability

Peak Grounds carries public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of accidental damage caused by our team during the course of work, please contact us immediately at contact@peakgrounds.co.uk.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, or for damage caused by conditions outside our control (such as extreme weather or unforeseen underground utilities).

6. Website Use

The content on this website is provided for general information purposes. While we aim to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no guarantees about its completeness or accuracy.

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute content from this website without our written permission.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule an agreed job, please give us as much notice as possible. We do not charge cancellation fees for reasonable notice (48 hours or more). Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice for larger jobs may incur a partial charge to cover travel and preparation costs.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
